We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated Executive/IT Executive to provide technical support and manage IT operations within our hospital. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT-related systems, supporting staff with technical issues, and implementing new technologies to improve hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues within the hospital.

Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of IT systems and hospital management software.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by hospital staff.

Assist in setting up and configuring computers, networks, and hospital devices.

Support and maintain hospital data security protocols and backup systems.

Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions that improve patient care and hospital workflow.

Monitor and update hospital software and systems regularly.

Assist in training staff on the use of hospital IT systems and software.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system updates, repairs, and upgrades.

Maintain records of IT assets, support requests, and system issues.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Familiarity with hospital management systems (HMS) and healthcare IT systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and techniques.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of database management and basic coding/programming.

Experience with system administration, server management, and network security.

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare IT compliance standards.
