Role Overview

We are seeking a Nurse with experience in clinical trials and patient recruitment to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical research operations, ensuring patient safety, and driving successful recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and regulatory standards

• Conduct patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment for ongoing studies

• Provide education and engagement to patients to ensure adherence and retention

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and communication

• Ensure ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions

Requisitos

• Licensed Nurse (RN, BSN, or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials

• Proven track record in patient recruitment and engagement

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
