Position: Medical Doctor

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Apply clinical reasoning and diagnostic expertise to evaluate and annotate complex medical datasets.

Design and refine evaluation rubrics based on evidence-based medical guidelines.

Collaborate with AI engineers and healthcare professionals to integrate clinical expertise into AI systems.

Produce clear, structured reports explaining medical evaluations and findings.

Review current medical literature to ensure AI models reflect up-to-date clinical practices.

Provide feedback to improve the safety, accuracy, and reliability of healthcare AI solutions.

Participate in peer review and contribute to interdisciplinary knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent); recent graduates and in-training professionals may apply.

Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic accuracy demonstrated in patient care or medical training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong empathy and clarity.

Knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical decision-making frameworks.

Comfort with procedural and technical aspects of medical practice.

Ability to review and synthesize complex medical information effectively.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
