This program is exclusively for Registered Nurses.

Selected candidates will enter the United States under the H-1B1 visa classification and begin working directly as Registered Nurses at a partner facility.

This opportunity is designed for nurses who are looking not only for international experience, but for a structured long-term career pathway within the U.S. healthcare system.

  • Long-Term Pathway – EB-3 Permanent Residency

After arriving in the United States and working successfully as a Registered Nurse, there may be an opportunity to pursue employer-sponsored EB-3 permanent residency.

EB-3 is an employment-based immigrant visa category that can lead to lawful permanent resident status (Green Card) in the United States.

    Permanent residency allows you to:

  • Live and work permanently in the United States

  • Change employers (subject to immigration rules)

  • Travel more freely

  • Eventually apply for U.S. citizenship, if eligible

  • The EB-3 process is subject to employer sponsorship, performance, and U.S. immigration regulations in effect at the time. It is not automatic, but it may become available as part of a long-term career plan.
